I'm not sure it's a wise move threatening to damage somebody's car in retaliation for poor parking.
You'd be awfully busy if that's the approach you took to every badly parked vehicle.

Brilliant driver, see him/her on the motorway often, not speeding and not hogging lanes, Also has a very nice car, that is what brought my attention to it lol!
