Expects cyclists cycling on the left hand side of the road to cycle in the cycle lane designated for cycles on the opposite side of the road. Not the sharpest tool in the draw.
So much ignorance on the roads. Don't overtake unless it's safe to do so. When overtaking, give as much room to a cyclist as you would a car. So many drivers simply do not understand the rules of the road and this guy is obviously one of them. Probably thinks he is a good driver.
