Car appears very damaged, driving aggressively and dangerously. Under taking while drunk passenger is attempting to throw bottles out the window at passing cars.
This old woman pulled out on me at a junction, causing me to either hit her or drive up on the curb and hit a building! I managed to avoid her, leaving me with damage. She wouldn’t stop, drove off!!!!
Mini driver was obviously in a hurry. High speed overtaking in Uxbridge, no indication when switching lanes. Couldn't care less about any one else on the roads.
