Was only a few days old when this happened. Very poor observation by the car driver. They would've easily seen the biker if they looked right before emerging.

your passenger is not a cyclist, so does not know the law. He is telling me to be left on the cycle lane, right at the point it is shared with pedestrians. If he cannot grasp why im not going up over a bump at 30 mph, with a lady crossing over my path, then he is an idiot. Two, you dont have to use ANY cycle lane, its entirely up to me. Three- i have a car and three motorbikes. Four- i just cycled to wareham and back in lunder 2 hours. I seriously doubt he could keep up with me. Learn the law before trying to educate people who have more licences than you.

Saw the male occupant of this far rolling down his window at least 4 times on Friday 6th September 2019 in the Weymouth area at approximately 15:45 asking schoolgirls if they wanted a lift home. As I went to pull him up on it I got a mouthful of abuse. Reported to police.
