i was walking on a pavement when i see this motorbike coming straight at me at 30-40 mph i had to dodge it just in time. But he was on a pavement which worried me the most

Terrible driver who delivers pizzas from papa johns in fleet Hampshire. Total disrespect for other road users. Smashed into my passengers door and just drove off, leaving loads of damage and didn't even leave a note. Good job CCTV caught his number plate.
