the driver of a vauxhall insignia LB59 DWZ tryed running off a disabled person on a mobily scooter today at 17:00 as they were crossing the road whn lights change whn the bloke on a scooter was half way across the road the insignia revesred into another car that had a baby in the back hitting the front of the other car b4 wheel spinning off on the wronge side of the road with on coming traffic i find its a out of order as the driver was halfcast the bloke oh the scooter was being had ago at and the driver was racist to the bloke on the scooter
