Tailgating on Lower Richmond Road. Overtaking on the wrong side of the road at speed in a 20 zone. Slamming brakes intentionally to intimidate. Dangerous. Should be prosecuted.

Normally at some junctions where there is a triangle, ones turning left have to give way for ones turning right who are already on the road yards before the ones turning left, and there are markings on the road.
Unfortunately LC07RZJ didn’t give way to a vehicle which had already turned right and on the road to his immediate right but pulled out immediately in front and accelerated off quite aggressively.
Not very safe as a driver.
