See them once a week in Tesco car park, all tyres bald, one flat, suspension leaning to one side, MOT expired for 5 years. Guy looks like he has the reaction times of someone in a coma.

Uber driver in Lancs. Does between 30-41mph in a 50mph area & shouldn't even be on the road as MOT expired 27th Oct.
