Sitting in lane 3 on the 4 lane section of the M1 South near Leicester then pulls directly in front of me as I overtake hitting the rumble strips.

This tool probably isn't aware that there are other vehicles near them and have no lane discipline on roundabout and then they can't even bother to indicate to exit. That probably means they don't use mirrors either!
