Reckless and rude driver. Just showed a finger to and threatened a pregnant woman driver because he wanted to squeeze behind her car , without giving an indicator , to make an illegal turn at park square east.

This car is parked in the residential area very often.. whenever he see the empty bay he parks and leave it overnight.
