Blatantly jumps red light long after they changed. In fact lights had changed to red and amber the other way when he jumped red. Perhaps five seconds isn’t enough time needed to stop? If so he shouldn’t be driving.

Ran a red light at a crossing on Brooklands Road this morning whilst a man wearing a bright yellow coat was crossing and had to step back to avoid being hit. Driver seemed oblivious.
