Unbelievable rudeness from this man I waited 15 minutes to park in a disabled bay at East Surrey Hospital. As I was attempting to reverse into a space after the previous vehicle left he drove into the space. When told we were waiting his reply was -tough! Find somewhere else. A disabled badge is NOT a right but a priviledge. He should have his taken away from him. Rude and arrogant.

Total moron. Tailgating and beeping in the middle of South London rush hour. I wouldn't mind but I think it was a private hire cab. Didn't quite catch the name of the company. Guessing they're feeling the pressure from Uber.
