Such a great driver he was going to park but I got there after him he went and said to me it's all right you can park there thought he'd rev his car and park there he's such a nice person

This Fiat 500 undertook my car on the A23 6/04/2017 and cut in front with inches to spare. Braked hard and only just avoided a high speed accident.
Fortunately I have video from rear and front and have already submitted to police.
Likely dangerous driving charge will follow.
Just hope this maniac does not injure or kill someone meantime.

Turning right across the A316 - a dual-carriageway in Richmond - whilst speaking holding a mobile phone in one hand. Proceeded down a narrow residential road in order to do a three point turn still talking on the phone.
