Beware of this crazy driver!!! Punched my car and drove 50/60mph in a 30mph zone!!! Do NOT approach him. I think he is high on alcohol or drugs!!

He was parked on the parking space for invalides. When people told him that he was in violation he said that he came to spend a money and that he can park where he wants.

i saw him driving today absolutely calm driver stops at all red lights and never speeds. Absolutely Fabulous
