This driver has decided that passing within a foot and a half of cyclists is perfectly fine. When you are close enough that I can bang on the side of the van, you are too close.
After this got the middle finger in the mirror from them, and erratic braking in front of me - if I had passed, I fully expect to have been abused or run off the road...
