Update - In this tragic crime, the occupants were described by witnesses as two Asian males. One was heavily built and the other slimmer. From what we have established so far, we believe the vehicle is linked to the Bradford area.

It's only 6 days into the new years and those fog lights don't ever since to turn off morning or evening. Could somebody else report this as the road rules are clear.

The car and driver are in the same shape.
See them once a week in Tesco car park, all tyres bald, one flat, suspension leaning to one side, MOT expired for 5 years. Guy looks like he has the reaction times of someone in a coma.
