Amazon Prime van driver. Saw this guy yesterday smoking in the van. Thought you weren't supposed to in a company vehicle? Regardless of that, saw him today driving while playing on his phone.

honked at me (cyclist) and gestured for me to get on the pavement, even though it would be illegal for me to do so. After telling him I had every right to be on theroad, he just flipped me off and sped off, only to have to stop at the lights.
