Drives like a total moron through a 20-zone. Attempts to overtake cyclists with oncoming traffic. Then starts overtaking cyclists on a roundabout. Instead of completing the overtake, starts closing in on the cyclist while blowing his horn RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE POLICE. Then starts road raging.
Instead of going his own way, he's so mad that he's been held up for 5 seconds, he returns and races down narrow town roads to blow his horn again. Then close passes the cyclist once again to the extend the oncoming van has to smash his brakes to avoid a collision, starts shouting, and tries to box-in the cyclist.
