Showed poor lane discipline, and inconsiderate driving.
Slowly took the right lane, and then exited to the middle lane before accelerating to try and prevent me passing.

Red van pulled out on a roundabout forcing everyone to slam on their brakes. Almost went into the side of him. No care or consideration to other drivers. Dangerous idiot!
