One of the worst drivers I've ever seen. Going incredibly slow moving in and out of their lane all the time. No joke this person was holding up about maybe 15 car behind it because it was so slow.

Absolute idiot on the road, driving across the central line overtaking at least 5 cars at 90+ with on-coming traffic on the A46, about 8:30pm on the 4th of July 2022.
