Complete bell end. Tried to overtake in single-lane roadworks (huh?!(, then speeding in 20 zone, followed by double-whammy of parking on double yellows next to a roundabout.
And 2 for the price of 1!! Joined his bell end friend / relative who had also parked illegally on double yellows approaching a roundabout!!
Must run in the family!

This red moped rider and the passenger young males in late teens or early 20s jumping red lights and riding near pavements they were suspicious they keep looking at people walking on the pavement. Most like another moped gang. They wer riding towards limehouse In London. Beware people. This moped does not have no tax or mot.

All over the road, cant steer in a straight line.
Speeding up and slowing down out of time with traffic. You know POWER .. ANCHOR ON. .. repeat.
Then to cap it all they turn right and instead of going in the right turn lane turn left and over to the right blocking all the rush hour traffic
Messing with hair and drinking coffee... And a bloke!

A stupid Motorbike driver with no brain swerving through traffic like he owns the whole road. I ride motorcycles myself and this guy is an utter prick, makes us motorbike riders look bad. Get this guy off the road

GCHQ Security Guard employed by G4S beeps, makes hand gestures and then rolls her window down and shouts at me.

Total bell-end. Tried overtaking in single lane roadworks (like, why?!), then speeding in a 20mph zone, followed by parking on double yellow lines approaching a roundabout.
Have seen him a few times. He's a complete bell-end with zero respect for rules of the road.
And double-whammy - his friends / relatives also park on the double-yellows outside his house!
