Drives like a total moron through 20-zones. Overtakes cyclists in blind bends. Almost collides into oncoming traffic. Oncoming vehicle had to come to a complete standstill to avoid a collision.

to inpatient to wait and the top of the hill, for me to pass as I had cars parked on my side and she was on the phone. She ended up having to wait a lot longer than she would of done had she not waited at the top. I do not back down to BULLYS.
