This driver pulled out onto a 60mph road 30 yards in front of me without accelerating once out of the junction. The exhaust fumes from this van also stank for miles when I was behind it. Also had a brake light not working Needs to take his test again!

This person is a Learner as they have L plates on the car , they obviously try their best and I hope everything goes well for them so they can pass their driving test but needs to work on parking.

Likes to shout at cyclists for no reason. Gets confused turning right at junctions. Decent overtake otherwise though, so credit where it's due.
