Absolute nightmare of a driver, I’m not a speeder but crawled and 10mph and made massive tailbacks unfortunately I had to follow, Didn’t even signal several times and nearly smashed into a few parked cars on the way! Wouldn’t be surprised if the driver was drunk

Just outside Blackwall tunnel, Asian fella driving this Merc van was holding up traffic arguing with a black family in another car. I was behind them both, heard Asian fella shouting at the black family, calling them monkey. Racist scum.
