ran red light at pedestrian crossing almost running over pedestrian as not paying attention while aggressively driving over cyclepath while merging at crossing.. got out of car to verbally abuse pedestrian for tapping on side window as he cut across crossing and cyclepath. stopped abuse once realised camera pointed at him.

This van driver was either drunk or they had a problem with their eyes that prevented them from checking their mirrors before changing lanes, they almost caused 3 crashes in less than a minute, It was like they were going for an achievement!
