Can't see where they are going in the vehicle, driving around trying to put his glasses on, clearly cannot see, in and out of traffic racing and cut up myself and 3 other drivers to get one car ahead.

Yesterday in Charlton this driver decides to cut me off by the roundabout and almost caused a crash- because he decided to switch into the inside lane from the outside lane. But nice Bentley.

This driver pulled out of Thornton Street onto Brixton Road, heading south, at 4.30pm on 7th July 2016 without looking and hit me (a cyclist) travelling north up Brixton Road. The driver, young, female, with a very young child in the passenger street, initially stopped and apologised. I asked her to reverse (as she was in the middle of the road), but she said "I don't have to" and drove off, no doubt realising this was going to delay her and potentially have an impact on her insurance. I was uninjured and the damage to my bike v minor, but she knew neither of these things, and left the scene which is a crime. With no witnesses, the police decided it would not be worth pursuing her for prosecution, which I completely understand, but this attitude when driving is incredibly dangerous and irresponsible so this is the best I can do to warn people of her potential future actions.
