Stupid old git needlessly adhered to lane 2 of the M6 northbound in Lancashire. Holding everybody up, 1 minute he was doing 50-60, then accelerating to speeds in excess of the limit when people were trying to get past him.

First they don't hear or see a police car coming (eventhough traffic in front is pulling over) then secondly they try and chase it to get in front of the other cars that have pulled over. Shocking.
