Stupid old git needlessly adhered to lane 2 of the M6 northbound in Lancashire. Holding everybody up, 1 minute he was doing 50-60, then accelerating to speeds in excess of the limit when people were trying to get past him.
Totally oblivious to the world & how to drive on a motorway!
