What a moron. After watching this idiot zig zagging down the M4 today, I can see his name appearing in an obituary! Undertaking without warning by jumping over from lane 3 every time he hit any form of congestion with no regard for the cars he cut up in order to get across!

Quite rude behaviour parking on a EV charging bay. I don’t care much if these were the only spaces left, complain at reception but let the EV drivers charge their cars... they need it!!
