Just witnessed the driver of this car deliberately drive through a red light and pelican crossing with green man showing after first stopping at the light.

Slightly dangerous and aggressive driver: he/she was doing at least 60/70 mph whilst overtaking my car on a 50mph road and was driving very fast on two occasions on the A60; also being very close to a car which was pulling out due to this car's high speed. Not happy. Yet, it was nothing major but I know for a fact that it wasn't safe driving.
Almost ran me over at mini roundabout. I was on my bike and had right of way. driver clearly saw me as I saw them almost face to face but didn't stop so I had to avoid collision.
