Really dangerous driver. I've seen this old white guy twice now driving dangerously in Chingford. The last time he nearly hit a mother and her children who were crossing the road. People need to recognise when their children are past it.

Driving down the M4 eastbound with no lights on at night. 17/7/18 21:53. Not a strong look with a dark blue car, only spotted it because of the rear reflectors.
