Hit and run driver. Speeding doing 40mph in a 20 zone when they hit a dog and drove off.

Really dangerous driver. I've seen this old white guy twice now driving dangerously in Chingford. The last time he nearly hit a mother and her children who were crossing the road. People need to recognise when their children are past it.
