Absolute knob, overtook me in a village doing 40 with speedbumps and people walking about, then when getting out in to the open national road, blocked me from overtaking back!

Really dangerous driver. I've seen this old white guy twice now driving dangerously in Chingford. The last time he nearly hit a mother and her children who were crossing the road. People need to recognise when their children are past it.
