Very aggressive black Smart car driver on the A10/A414 in Hertford. Likes to weave between lanes at speed and tailgate people. Will hopefully meet a lamp post head on one day.

Driving at 30 in a clear lane. This idiot just pulls out in front of me no indication at all from stationary left lane. A propper wtf how did i manage not to crash moment. The idiots totally oblivious
