Old fella in a Lexus IS200h
Was either engrossed in his mobile phone or couldn't take his eyes off his own willy as he was looking down more than up; I noticed this as he kept doing corrective swerves as he looked up and noticed he'd wandered in to other lanes at speed.
Rather than filtering in to the right lane when safe to do so, this muppet decided to squeeze between my coach and parked cars at high speed along Kingsway, London, causing me to make an emergency stop to avoid him becoming sandwiched between us- in hindsight I wish I hadn't! Absolute idiot, but hopefully next time he decides to argue with something 5 times his size he won't get off so lucky! All on camera anyway...
Very poor driver, has no idea what a speed limit is, cuts other drivers up and then brake checks them. Needs to learn how to drive properly wheel spinning and weaving whilst braking will end up with him wrapping his shiny car around a lamp post, although he'll probably think he has the skill to avoid that his whole life, I suspect it would be more luck

I know the response will be "What if a disabled person wanted to park there?". Then they would have to wait a couple of minutes to buy there cheap goods from B&M, but I'm sure it wouldn't be the end of the world for them.
