At approx 1715 on 20/02/18 this hero was driving through Heathrow T5 Short Stay car park and failed to stop at the STOP line. He then proceeded to be miserable about it and use a handheld electronic device whilst in control of a motor vehicle carrying a passenger for hire and reward to take a photo of me when I parked up. A complete arse. Parks in petrol station bays without putting petrol in. A total idiot, unapologetic. He knew I could do nothing due to their being cameras everywhere, so was completely rude. Not the first time I've seen this dodgy driver. Beware.
