This driver has breached the social distancing rules and has gone into a house that he does not live in, for over 4 hours. I was verbally assaulted by a man and woman driving this car when I was using a zebra crossing. They were speeding in a 30 zone and I was already making my way across, I rushed as fast as I could but they stopped and shouted at me. I am advanced in age but tried to get out of their way. Very frightened by the threats they made. Hopefully I will not see them again.
