In 23/8/2021 9am, Edgware, this car did not give way to me with my motorcycle (my speed was exactly 30mph), and he caused me to hit on the break, fall down, and sliding. Caused me injuries, and damages on my bike. He did not stopped.

Well now, I'm guessing the reason you drive your big shiny 4x4 into London kn the morning is to work on your muddy, hilly farm. No? Oh, OK.
We do have street lights. Maybe consider turning off the 74,000 headlights you have on when it's a perfectly clear morning, including that weird light bar across the front.
