The registration plate on the reverse (and possibly the front) of this vehicle had a nut in the C to make the registration look like LR70LEC.
I guess it is deliberate to avoid detection going by the way I have witnessed the vehicle being driven in the Preston/Lancaster areas.
Tailgating, speeding, aggressive overtaking and more.
