Red Peugeot, driver was a tanned / arabic male with vitiligo around his eyes and mouth.
He attempted to overtake me on a pinch point + mini roundabout but there was no room. He then pulled me over ahead and proceeded to shout verbal abuse at me.

Idiot tailgating me in 20 zone at Torrisholme then when it got to the 30 zone and increased speed this idiot was still up my backside. Maybe it was harassment for slowing his speeding down in the 20 zone as I wouldn’t speed up for him.
Shown himself up - not just for speeding but harassment of decent law-abiding motorists doing nothing wrong which suggests the driver is mentally disturbed.
