Whoever drives this cab is absolutely UNFIT to be on the road.
I had my 2YEAR old child in my car going over a 40MPH bridge and he came flying past at probably 50MPH and cut into the tiniest gap in front causing me to slam my brake.

This car 3pm Monday afternoon throwing Mcdonalds wrappers from the car whilst driving through Fareham (Newgate Lane). 1 such half filled what looked like milkshake hit the kerb and splashed across pavement.
