Driver opened his back door into my car and left a scratch. First he claimed he 'could not see a scratch' that was clearly there, then did not want to give me his details. I explained it's only a £50 job and I would rather do it without insurance because it's not a big deal, he then said he would give me £10. Ridiculous, made me basically beg for money when he was the one who damaged my car and was caught red handed.
Driver could not be bothered to tell passenger to take foot off the interior, this could be treacherous for an accident! I know it has not been shown clearly but still it's proof.
I've never understood how someone in a car can sit that close to a person on a bike. Like if you hit them you're protected, they aren't. No seatbelt, no crumple zone. You'll be the one walking away from it with blood on your hands if something goes wrong.
You seriously need to hand in your driving licence (if you have one) and if it was recent (because you are young) your driving instructor and testing officer need to be retrained.
Not once but twice in less than 30 secs did you screw up badly.
1st you cut up the other driver on the roundabout
2nd you nearly took out the other motorcyclist
with your pathetic driving
No reason for this. Line jumping? 20mph in a 60 limit?
