Why would any intelligent life vote up?
This site is called rate driver < hint you are rating the actions of the driver (as per the regd) in the video...NOT the video editing
If you voted up please make an appointment with a hospital (one with an MRI scanner) and please upload a scanned certificate that shows you have a brain
If you've voted up because you think the car driver did a good job - please don't waste the NHS's time and resources there are clearly people more worthy of their services.

Hit and run driver rear ended a motorcycle and did not bother to check on the rider if he was ok or not. Driver drove off without exchanging details. This driver should not be on the road because he/she is a danger to anyone using the road.
