Stole two bikes from outside the property. Was found to be untaxed from June 16, 2016, and MOT expired December 20, 2015. He was seeing still driving on 24/08/16 and once again on 16/11/16- still on the road illegally
He started in the outside lane on his mobile, forced his way across 2 lanes on a roundabout, passed me and a golf while forcing 2 cars to avoid him, then cut up the golf to go left.
