Highway Maintenance vehicle. All over the road. Could not keep in between lines. Drove aggressively close to vehicles and overtook me and several cars in front of me dangerously.

Driver attempted to overtake when the lanes were merging, I could see they didn't have the power to complete the move, so I backed off so as to let them past. As soon as the car was in front they hit the brakes so I had to do the same. The incident and video has been reported to the police.

Decided to cut me up on the motoway and slow down in front of me. Twice. Then proceeded to wave in a sarcastic manner. Totally uncalled for
