Accelerated through red light at a pelican crossing while people were waiting to cross (green man had lit but people spotted the car and halted). Occurred at Hillingdon Circus at approx 18:30.
He drives like a maniac. Saw him yesterday in the streets of Halifax almost about to hit 3 cars at once because he was driving so fast.
