Watch this lunatic, he really does look spaced out in the mornings. Turns onto the avenue from a one way street after going up it the wrong way around 06:20 every morning. Tried shouting him over from my door but completely oblivious that it's a one way. Accident waiting to happen. And what even is this sort of car?? I have never seen something so terrible looking, he must be eastern European
