Complete impatient throbbing moron. Swearing at a learner driver and leaning on horn non stop while the learner waits for oncoming traffic to turn right. Seemed to have taxi sticker. Standard BMW driver in their large SUV thinking they own the road: impatient, rude, and dangerous.
Two lanes into one coming off a roundabout, with the traffic ahead merging in turn at a slow speed. I've let the car ahead of me in, and I'm already halfway through merging, when this guy tries to force his way in at a 45 degree angle, getting within inches of my car and blaring his horn like an entitled prick who doesn't know what common courtesy is.
I assure you sir that you didn't miss out on much... being one car ahead in a queue of traffic isn't that special. Would rather you had gone in front for the tailgating you subjected me to afterwards!

This driver was driving in Northwood Hills on 05/10/2017 at 14:30 when he was cutting up a H13 bus and brake checking a silver Honda Civic and the H13 Bus i was on.
