"Idiot cut me [HGV] up for no reason at all... happens at 30 seconds but wanted to include beginning part to prove there was no wrong doing by my self. The traffic was fairly light moving at about 20-30Mph with room ahead, but this guy decided to move over into my lane while in my blind spot. luckily i saw him and swerved into the bus lane along side me."

Irresponsible driving. Racing to pass my vehicle then once in front decided to drive as slow as possible stopping suddenly. Driven by young lad with a female and male passenger. Should not have a license when clearly just wanting to cause an accident.
