Odd behavour from this guy. Was pottering along at 40 in a 50, ok it's dark, might not know the road, I'm quite happy to sit behind him. Then speeds up into the 40 zone and continues at that speed once in the 30.
Very careful at the mini roundabouts in the village but ignores the pedestrian on the zebra crossing.
Then drives at 20 in a 40 before speeding into a 30.
As far as I saw no one was bullying him. I didn't see any light from a mobile or satnav.

Impatient undertaking on M25, you need to calm down obviously 80mph is not fast enough for you, well done because it now allowed you to pull in front only to sit behind the car in front.
