Very bad driver, unsuitable for road. Swerving all over dual carriageway and had high beams on whilst other drivers were in front. Would turn them off when no one else is in front and turn them back on after someone over took, cannot contain speed, would go from 70-50 continuously over the course of a few minutes. Drunk or high?? Or just a bad driver that shouldn't be on the road!! Hope police see him!
Pulled out on a roundabout at Bolton Abbey without looking, then did 30mph on a 60mph road in front of me. When I tried to overtake, he sped up. Go away now.
