Cyclist should have taken up primary position on that section, then there would have been no temptation for the car and keeps them safe. Of course, car should still have waited
Saw this car in the Walthamstow area. I must say this car owner/driver has no experience in driving, this is the second time I’ve had this encounter with this driver. Should be off the roads.
There was no reason for this incident. The road was not busy. He was not causing a nuisance or an obstruction. There was no reason to believe the driver was going to park up but just stopped off for some reason. The cyclist was unnecessarily causing a scandal - and to what end?
