Driver performed multiple emergency breaks on lamberhurst bypass for no reason using hand gestures to indicate to me I have done something to annoy him. As someone who drives 30k a year this was one of the most dangerous freaks I've ever met. Surely something I did set him off but I kept my distance as soon. As possible. Later I tried to over take and he blocked me and emergency breaked again. So registered a 101.

Excellent driving. I was behind this drive and the person in front was being stupid and reckless however this driver kept calm and kept a distance which I thought was very smart!
