this guy is a bailiff and he is very shifty he park illegally and when I ask him to move his van from a private car park he flashed a badge and said that gave him permission to park. I pointed out that not even the police could park unless an emergency. He got shirty and said report him I ask for his name and business he huffed off swear at me under his breath.

Driver performed multiple emergency breaks on lamberhurst bypass for no reason using hand gestures to indicate to me I have done something to annoy him. As someone who drives 30k a year this was one of the most dangerous freaks I've ever met. Surely something I did set him off but I kept my distance as soon. As possible. Later I tried to over take and he blocked me and emergency breaked again. So registered a 101.
