Scum driving instructor that wastes the money of his learners with endless diagrams instead of actual driving and learning. Bullies the disabled by shouting and belittling them. Also parks on double yellows despite telling his learners that he won't do that to wait for them to come to his car for the lesson.

Cuts me up on a roundabout, then decides to emergency stop, gets out and shouts because I sounded my horn. Then proceeded to shoot off well over the speed limit and overtake a bus in a school zone at probably 40mph. Unbelievable
